Job Title: Project Coordinator - Interior Fit-Out Job description: Experience in Commercial Civil & Interior fit out project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcome. In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills. Roles & Responsibilities Manage all project documentation Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines Assist with estimation and bidding process Responsible for planning & monitoring project management strategies. Coordinate and foster teamwork between all project stakeholders. Coordination with teams across departments for process implementation. Collate and analyze data and generate reports. Conducting project audits and analyzing project progress and execution. Monitor project compliance and alignment of business strategies. Proactively resolve project related issues and bottlenecks. Ensure quality of project by regular inspections. Recommend and ensure continuous improvement in the project management process. Ensure EHS compliance on site. Manage day-to-day aspects of project plan and scope. Coordinate and track dependencies for the successful completion of the project. Ensure proper documentation for projects. Ensure SOP compliance for projects. Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders Qualifications & Abilities Bachelor's degree or equivalent Proficiency in MS office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, MS Project) and AutoCAD. Experience in Interior fit out project execution. Proficiency on writing formal mails. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholders. Leadership & general management skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and client satisfaction. Quick problem solving skills. Strong Analytical skills. Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently. Tech-savvy, and good in adopting digital and technological initiatives.
