The ideal candidate will have at least Entry level - Mid Level of experience in quality management within the construction industry, specifically in civil works and interior fit-outs. Key Responsibilities: Ensure that all construction activities, including interior fit-out and civil works, are executed in accordance with project specifications, contract requirements, and relevant standards. Implement and maintain the QA/QC processes, procedures, and checklists, ensuring compliance with quality standards. Conduct regular inspections and tests on-site to verify the quality of materials and workmanship. Monitor project progress and identify any potential quality issues early, providing solutions to mitigate risks. Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any quality-related documentation. Prepare and submit quality-related reports, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), inspection test plans (ITPs), and quality control checklists. Assist in the preparation of project quality documentation and ensure that all required documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner. Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project quality standards are met. Attend regular project meetings and provide updates on quality performance, issues, and resolutions. Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials used in the project. Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in audits and inspections by third-party agencies to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the QA/QC systems and contribute to the development of best practices. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to QA/QC in the construction industry. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in QA/QC roles, specifically in interior fit-out and civil projects. Familiarity with construction quality management systems, relevant standards, and codes. Experience with quality inspection techniques, material testing, and non-destructive testing methods. Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and other relevant quality standards. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Certification in quality management systems or QA/QC-related fields (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001). Experience with software tools related to QA/QC (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend). Previous experience in high-end interior fit-out projects or large-scale civil works. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion, quality, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Maintain relation & coordinating with client, internal resources and third parties/vendors to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules. Organizing, attending & preparing Daily/weekly meetings held (Project Control Groups meetings, Project review group meetings, Steering committee meetings and Design review meetings, Vendor performance meeting). Oversee project correspondence & prepare/review project related emails, letters, proposals, memos, minutes of meeting & maintain comprehensive project documents. Responsible for the arrangement of resources & material for execution. Planning for day to day activities & forecast activities with respect to schedule. Requirements: 1. BE/B. Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent. 2. 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction. 3. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out, construction practices, and local regulations. 4.
