Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales or business development within the interiors, construction, or real estate sectors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target sectors (healthcare, hospitality, corporate, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project pitches to potential clients Collaborate with the design and project teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs Track industry trends and competitor activity to refine business strategies Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in interiors, fit-outs, or real estate Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently Good understanding of interior project life cycles and client expectations Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) Benefits: Competitive salary up to ₹4.5 LPA Performance-based incentives Professional growth opportunities Supportive and collaborative work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Ability to commute/relocate: Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): What is your Current CTC?
