Project Coordinator

Education Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / HVAC) Experience 2–5 years experience in HVAC project coordination or execution Experience in VRV/VRF, Chiller, Split & Ducted systems preferred Technical Skills Basic understanding of HVAC systems & drawings Knowledge of BOQ, billing, measurements Proficiency in Excel, Word, email communication Ability to track multiple projects simultaneously Soft Skills Strong coordination and follow-up skills Good communication (English & Hindi; Gujarati ) Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Ability to work under deadlines Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Coordination Coordinate HVAC projects from design stage to execution & handover Assist in preparing project schedules, timelines, and work plans Coordinate between design team, site engineers, procurement, and vendors Track daily, weekly, and monthly project progress 2. Site & Execution Support Coordinate with site supervisors for: Copper piping work Insulation work Ducting & fabrication Indoor & outdoor unit installation Ensure materials and manpower are available as per schedule Monitor site activities and report deviations or delays 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documents: BOQ, drawings, approvals Site measurements & material consumption Daily Progress Reports (DPR) Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports for management Maintain records for billing and client submissions 4. Vendor & Procurement Coordination Coordinate with vendors for: Timely material delivery Rate confirmation and purchase follow-ups Track purchase orders and delivery schedules Verify material received at site as per BOQ 5. Quality, Safety & Compliance Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications Coordinate quality checks with project engineers Ensure safety guidelines are followed at site 6. Client & Internal Communication Act as a communication bridge between: Client / Consultant Site team Office teamP Attend client meetings and prepare MOM (Minutes of Meeting) Support smooth project handover and snag-list closure
