Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution
Track project progress and update stakeholders regularly
Organize and participate in project meetings, prepare minutes and follow-ups
Maintain project documentation including reports, proposals, and contracts
Monitor risks and issues and escalate when necessary
Ensure compliance with company policies and project standards
Liaise with clients to clarify project requirements and expectations
Support procurement and inventory tracking related to project needs
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
3 to 6 years of experience in project coordination or administration
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation
