Proficiency in reporting fortnightly and monthly project statuses to stakeholders is essential. As a self-starter, you should be comfortable implementing and executing Agile development processes and taking responsibility for project completion. Previous experience as a technical lead or development manager is highly desirable, along with proficiency in dealing with code, batch scripts, databases, and servers. Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and management skills are a must, and experience using issue tracking software is preferred.
