Role Description

full-time, in-office role

not a data entry position

accurate project data within Highrise ERP

construction project lifecycle

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Quantity take-offs and verification based on drawings and site inputs
• Rate analysis and support for vendor and contractor comparisons
• Preparation and review of vendor / contractor comparative statements
• Coordination and tracking of project billing and RA measurements
• Highrise ERP project setup and structured data entry
• Work order creation and tracking within Highrise ERP
• Debit, credit, and advance tracking for vendors and contractors
• Reviewing raw data received from site, estimation, and accounts teams and highlighting discrepancies or missing information
• Ensuring ERP data accurately reflects site execution and approved commercial decisions
• Generating standard project reports for management review

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years of experience in construction estimation, billing, or project controls
• 2–4 years of hands-on on-site construction experience
• Strong understanding of quantity take-offs, measurements, and rate analysis
• Working knowledge of project billing and commercial documentation
• Experience coordinating with site engineers, estimators, and accounts teams
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and process discipline
• Exposure to real estate or construction project environments

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in

  Highrise ERP

  (or similar construction ERP systems)
• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of

  rate analysis

  (mandatory)
• Familiarity with estimation and billing software is an advantage

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Experience in value engineering and cost optimization proposals
• Ability to work across multiple projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams
