Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Construction Estimator/Billing professional located in Pune.

The role involves preparing construction estimates, performing quantity take-offs, managing project costs, and ensuring adherence to budgets. The professional will collaborate with project teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and maintain accurate documentation related to payment processing and project billing. Ensuring cost efficiency and supporting project success are integral to the role.

• Vendor/Contractor comparatives
• Project Billing
• Highrise Data Entry

Qualifications

• 2-4yrs experience in Construction Estimation and Billing
• 2-4yrs experience in On-site construction
• Strong skills in Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
• Proficiency in Cost Management and Budgeting processes
• Excellent Communication skills for coordination with Accounts and On-site team
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage financial documentation and billing
• Experience with construction or real estate projects is preferred
• Proficiency in estimation and billing software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel is a must
• Proficiency in Rate analysis is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is highly desirable
• Value Engineering proposals is a plus
