Job Title-Project Engineer
We're looking for a skilled Project Engineer to oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our engineering, fabrication, and project management teams.Responsibilities:1. Manage projects, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation2. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop project plans and designs3. Coordinate with fabrication teams to ensure quality and timely delivery4. Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions5. Communicate with clients, internal stakeholders, and vendors6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies7. Participate in project reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiativesRequirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Structural, or related field)2. Minimum 5+ years of experience in project engineering, preferably in heavy fabrication & Machining3. Strong understanding of engineering principles, fabrication processes, and project management4. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively6. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)Preferred Qualifications:1.
