15 years full time educationJob Description: LMS Configuration Specialist Overview: We are seeking an experienced LMS Configuration Specialist with expertise in Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Core and Learn modules. This role will involve leading the configuration, security management, program design, and customer service functions within our Learning Management System (LMS), as well as driving data integrations, reporting, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise learning and development processes, software quality assurance, and automation for improved user experience (UX). Handling of L3/L4 learning cases in Cornerstone or SAP Success Factors is must. Key Responsibilities: Required Skills and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD) Core and Learn modules, including configuration, security management, and program design. Configure and maintain CSOD Core and Learn modules across the organization, adapting and implementing features as needed (minimum of 2 major configurations per quarter). Document and maintain business processes and application requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications (minimum of 10 documented processes per year). Lead quarterly product releases, UI/UX updates, and data feed updates for the LMS (4 releases per year). Perform quality assurance testing, identify, and escalate bugs, and implement validation tools (e.g., Fiddler Trace) for a minimum of 2 major releases per year. Optimize software quality assurance strategies and implement process improvements (minimum of 2 process improvements per year). Manage security roles within the LMS, ensuring appropriate role assignments and constraints for user groups (quarterly review and updates). Support all phases of the learning program lifecycle, from needs analysis to solution design, testing, deployment, and reporting (minimum of 5 programs per year). Provide functional support for online or e-learning content design and publication within the LMS (minimum of 10 content publications per quarter). Ensure alignment between program design and organizational learning objectives, providing consultation to business partners (minimum of 4 consultations per quarter). Provide expert advice on enterprise learning and development programs (as needed). Manage customer support cases (minimum of 10 cases/day) and feature requests via the content management intake process (minimum 1/week). Manage and maintain a library of report templates for compliance, development, and growth tracking (minimum of 8 report templates). Create and manage data visualization dashboards for comprehensive reporting on training metrics by location, team, and operational area (minimum of 2 dashboards). Collaborate with business partners to configure integrations, troubleshoot errors, and propose enhancements to improve functionality (minimum of 2 integrations per year). Lead projects to analyze and create data integrations, aggregating learning, and transcript data across systems (minimum of 1 project per year).
