Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Operations:
  • Coordinate day-to-day startup onboarding and program operations, and ensure smooth execution of the process
  • Track weekly & monthly engagement of program delivery of Startups that have been on board
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement:
  • Follow up with potential partners and startups to drive MoUs, EoIs for Startup nominations, involving the partners into the program delivery and startup support.
  • Liaise with legal teams to ensure timely MoU execution
  • Startup Management:
  • Schedule and coordinate external panel discussions for startup evaluations
  • Maintain a structured startup portfolio tracker with updated progress metrics
  • Initial research findings to track Startup growth journeys
  • Tracking of relevant mapping of resources to support the Accelerate Startups
  • Logistics & Documentation:
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, external panel discussions, and partner connects
  • Maintain updated documentation and dashboards for leadership reporting.

Key Deliverables

  • Tracking and onboarding startups in continuous collaboration with the internal team and Accelerate partners
  • Review and streamline the startup pipeline tracker, initiate MoU closure with pending partners
  • Tracking and ensuring the timely start of the program interventions, especially the month 1 deliverables, with the assigned venture partner
  • Weekly tracking of startup sourcing, partner MoUs, VPs calls, growth journeys defined, resources mapped, and NPS.
