Program Manager - Vehicle Line Executive

Roles

• Support VLE to manage the cross functional program team (including Engineering, CEM, Purchasing, Quality, Mfg, Finance, Supply chain, etc.) to achieve program objectives (quality, timing, cost, program deliveries, etc.).
• Coordinate global resource and domestic resource to align on objectives and executions. Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of global communication.
• To prepare, define, plan, and track all cross functional and cross region project activities from planning to Launch and Post Launch activities for Vehicles.

Responsibility

• Support VLE to build a strong and pro-active program team on vehicle from develop to launch and post-launch. Experienced at program management, including quality, cost, timing, problem solving, etc.
• To establish good teamwork, team motivation, cross functional communication. To establish and maintain a strong relationship with all Program Managers/Program members in different departments. To set up and maintain a strong and open relationship with the (seniors) Department heads.
• Program documentation preparation and management, including program meeting minutes, key program documentation (budget, timing, PDS etc.)
• Conduct Program Execution Team meetings PET and Vehicle Program Reviews - for Top Management. Conduct cross regional program meeting to review key program element, issues, and status.

Authority:

• To report/escalate program status to the cross-functional Program Core Team to identify conflicts and to enable effective decision-making. Lead the Program Core Team and ensures that the project complies with the Milestone Review elements.
