Job Description

Partner with Project Sponsors and development teams to deliver complex
cross-functional projects
Leverage deep knowledge of the core system technologies and broad understanding of company systems/technologies to drive design for the programs you own
Create and execute detailed roadmaps, defining user stories and researching technical solutions
Provide clear communication to management and stakeholders on project status and plans
Guide software development teams on architecture, design, and priorities
Build relationships across Amazon to leverage existing technologies and promote team initiatives
Manage risk assessment, escalations, and trade-offs between business needs and constraints
Maintain effective project documentation and stakeholder communications 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
