Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and ensure successful project execution across various domains. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project deliverables, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to drive operational excellence and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Manage expectations and ensure alignment between business goals and project outcomes.
  • Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Customer Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Deliverables Oversight
  • Track and manage all project deliverables, ensuring quality and compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and resolve issues that may impact deliverables.
  • Maintain documentation including project charters, status reports, and closure reports.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment and encourage knowledge sharing.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, Trello).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Attributes

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in stakeholder and customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
