Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations: facility management, logistics, and administration.
  • Develop and implement operational policies for compliance and efficiency.
  • Manage resources to meet operational needs within budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the training industry.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
