We’re hiring a Program Manager in our Gurugram office to help drive the execution of day-to-day initiatives and process improvements.

You’ll work across teams to track the progress of various projects and keep them moving. Your job is to ensure priorities stay on track, blockers are flagged early, and people are supported to deliver on their commitments.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting dots, solving problems, and keeping teams focused on outcomes.

·       Manage the tracking and coordination of diverse internal projects — such as implementing new reporting tools, hiring updates, product releases, design handoffs, and campaign execution. Ensure owners follow through on committed deadlines, support smooth handoffs between teams, and help maintain accountability across the company, without micromanaging.

·       Understand goals and initiatives across departments, and convert them into structured projects with clear timelines, milestones, and owners.

·       Maintain a live dashboard of all active projects with responsibilities and due dates, using tools like Trello, ClickUp, Basecamp or similar.

·       Track progress regularly by checking in with project owners and contributors to ensure deadlines are being met.

·       Identify dependencies between teams or stages of a project and ensure smooth handoffs, from one owner to the next.

·       Spot delays or risks early, communicate them clearly, and escalate when needed with context and possible solutions.

·       Keep leadership updated through simple weekly reports: what’s on track, what’s delayed, what needs input.

·       Introduce checklists, templates, or workflows to make it easier to run similar projects again in the future.

·       Strong project management skills with experience driving initiatives across technical and business teams.

·       Comfortable working in start-up environments with a good understanding of enterprise technologies.

·       Excellent organizational and communication skills to align teams and keep priorities on track.

·       Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements in enterprise settings.

·       Proficient in project management tools such as Trello, ClickUp, Basecamp or similar.

·       Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a clear focus on outcomes.
