Role Overview 

We’re hiring a Project Manager to join our Gurugram office and help drive execution across a wide range of initiatives from product launches and marketing campaigns to internal operations and process improvements. 

You’ll work across teams to define timelines, track progress, and keep projects moving. Your job is to ensure priorities stay on track, blockers are flagged early, and people are supported to deliver on their commitments. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting dots, solving problems, and keeping teams focused on outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Understand goals and upcoming initiatives across departments. Create projects and build execution plans by aligning timelines, priorities, and stakeholders. 
•  Track progress and follow up with team members to ensure tasks stay on course and deadlines are met. 
•  Identify potential delays or blockers early and escalate them with clear context and proposed solutions. 
•  Keep teams coordinated across handoffs — from planning to launch to post-release support. 
•  Maintain visibility on all active projects through tools and regular updates, so leadership always knows what’s moving, what’s at risk, and what needs a decision. 
•  Introduce practical checklists, playbooks, and repeatable workflows to improve how we run projects. 
•  Support a wide range of cross-functional initiatives such as product launches, marketing campaigns, internal rollouts, and operational improvements.  

Skills 

• Strong project management skills with experience driving initiatives across technical and business teams. 
•  Comfortable working in enterprise environments with a good understanding of enterprise technologies. 
•  Excellent organizational and communication skills to align teams and keep priorities on track. 
•  Familiarity with data privacy and compliance requirements in enterprise settings. 
•  Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, ClickUp, or similar. 
•  Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a clear focus on outcomes.
