Program Manager / Release Manager (Life Sciences GxP Applications)

Experience:

Location: Chennai - Hybrid

Employment Type: One Year Fixed term contract

Key Responsibilities:

Manage enhancements, small to mid-sized projects, and end-to-end product release/go-live management for
Life Sciences GxP applications
.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (business, QA, validation, development, and operations) to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with GxP standards.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure all releases are delivered within agreed timelines, quality, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Track and report release metrics, deployment readiness, and post-release validation activities.
Drive continuous improvement in release and deployment processes to support system stability and compliance.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a
Program Manager or Release Manager
within Life Sciences or regulated GxP environments.
Strong understanding of
software validation
,
change control
, and
compliance processes
.
Experience managing
multiple parallel releases
and enhancements in an enterprise setting.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Familiarity with
Agile or Waterfall methodologies
and relevant project management tools (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project).
