Job Description

you will project manage to completion different initiatives to deliver a plan comprises of Portfolio expansion, organizational, tools and processes as well as infrastructures capabilities.
Cross Function coordination (Engineering, Production center, Sourcing, Industrial Eng., Services,...) with each head of Department will be required to deliver and execute the plan/actions and ensure timely readiness.

Your Profile

Must Have:

Strong PM competencies and ability to summarize/report status, planning, and mitigation plan at Senior & Executive level
Show assertiveness and ability to navigate/collaborate inside different level of the organization
Influential, listening and communication (incl. in Hindi/Marathi) skills
Have experience in important Transformation &/or change management program
Based in Pune

Additional knowledge/experience that will make a difference

Supply chain processes Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Sourcing/Procurement, Prod.
SAP knowledge
Comfortable and ability to use AI tools
