Your Mission The Project Manager Execution (PME) is responsible for leading customer projects from the kick-off phase through to final customer acceptance (CAV). This role ensures alignment with customer requirements, manages project timelines using the right tools, and coordinates cross-functional teams for smooth execution. The PME takes over the internal handover after FAT, plans and oversees Installation & Commissioning (I&C) activities, and communicates any changes in project scope. They serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the execution phase, ensuring transparency, timely updates, and high customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the PME is accountable for delivering a successful customer experience. Your Profile Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Prior experience in project management, preferably in industrial equipment, engineering, or manufacturing environments Strong understanding of project lifecycle and execution methodologies (experience with FAT/I&C/CAV phases is a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to manage customer expectations and lead cross-functional collaboration Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, SAP, or similar tools) Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-focused approach Ability to travel to customer sites and manage execution activities in the field Show more Show less
