As part of our digital transformation journey, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP MM/EWM Lead to join our SAP Centre of Excellence (CoE) . This role will play a critical part in transforming our current systems into a unified S/4HANA environment , supporting both Finance and Operations at SIDEL. Position Overview: As the SAP MM/EWM Lead , you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and evolution of SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions. Reporting directly to the SAP Program Manager , you will ensure the effective implementation and stabilization of the SAP solutions, contributing to both the SIDEL India S/4HANA project and the upcoming S/4HANA project for Sidel Italy . This role will also involve working on SAP ECC to provide continuous support across legal entities and plants globally. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of SAP MM/EWM solutions within the S/4HANA landscape across different legal entities and plants. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, test cases, and system configuration. Work closely with the business and SI Partners to configure and deploy Purchasing and Warehouse Management solutions. Provide end-to-end support including requirements gathering , process configuration , testing , and training . Act as the subject matter expert for SAP MM/EWM and lead process design workshops to ensure alignment with business processes. Oversee the deployment and adoption of SAP solutions, ensuring business continuity and system performance. Lead issue resolution and gap analysis, providing post-Go-Live support and identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of SAP S/4HANA processes across Finance, Supply Chain , and Manufacturing . Stay up to date with the latest SAP innovations and best practices, recommending system enhancements to improve efficiency. Support SAP user administration by reviewing and managing roles and authorizations. Manage relationships with SAP implementation partners and coordinate deliverables across projects. Qualifications and Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP MM and EWM implementations. Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC environments, with extensive knowledge of MM/EWM modules. Hands-on experience leading SAP transformation projects for global organizations, with a focus on logistics and supply chain processes. Strong understanding of S/4HANA Activate Methodology and Best Practices for private cloud solutions. Experience with SAP integration and cross-module collaboration, including FI, SD, and PP . Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to drive system improvements and process optimization within a large-scale SAP environment. Education & Languages: Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Additional Information: Primary location: Pune, India , with occasional travel to Sidel Italy . Flexible/remote working arrangements based on project needs.
