Role Description Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and non-tech roles. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conducted initial phone screenings and coordinated interviews with hiring managers. Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including networking, headhunting, and leveraging social media. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Qualifications: 2+ years’ experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on tech roles. Strong hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn. Excellent outbound sourcing skills and experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Show more Show less
