About 1to10 by Favcy

1to10 is Favcy’s accelerator arm that helps early-revenue startups scale and secure investments. We provide founders with fundraising support, structured growth strategies, and access to top investors. Startups also get the chance to pitch on our flagship TV show Kal Ke Krorepati — a one-of-a-kind platform where entrepreneurs pitch directly to investors on national television.

Role Overview

Program Manager

Key Responsibilities

Startup Selection & Onboarding

  • Drive the evaluation and selection process for early-revenue startups, including due diligence and equity acquisition agreements.
  • Lead the onboarding process for high-potential founders.

Program Curation & Delivery

  • Design and deliver a structured accelerator program including mentorship, investment readiness, and Demo Day.
  • Manage program communications, content, and outreach.
  • Ensure startups are investor-ready for Kal Ke Krorepati.

Founder Success & Tracking

  • Act as the primary point of contact for founders.
  • Track progress and milestones, resolve queries, and support cohort success.

Investment & Partner Relations

  • Onboard and manage investment partners to support portfolio startups.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with corporates, government bodies, and ecosystem partners.

Team Management

  • Lead and mentor the 1to10 team, setting clear goals and ensuring smooth program operations.
  • Drive accountability and high performance.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in accelerator/incubator operations, program management, or startup ecosystem roles.
  • Prior experience as a startup founder or core team member (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of venture building, fundraising, and early-stage startup challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex projects.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
