Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience in project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial manufacturing and will thrive in a hybrid work model. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring they align with the companys strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning and execution of multiple projects within the industrial manufacturing domain ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget enhancing operational efficiency.
Develop and implement project management methodologies to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
Monitor project progress and performance providing regular updates to stakeholders and making adjustments as necessary.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and minimize disruptions.
Collaborate with team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Utilize project management tools and software to track project milestones and deliverables effectively.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations maintaining the highest quality standards.
Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment.
Provide guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement driving strategic decision-making.
Manage project budgets ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering projects that enhance operational capabilities and impact society positively.

Qualifications

Demonstrate expertise in project management methodologies and tools with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Possess strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Have experience in the industrial manufacturing domain with a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex challenges.
Show proficiency in using project management software and tools to track and manage project progress.
Display a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving operational excellence.
