We are in the process of building an online university to address the employability issues faced by graduates. Role Description: As an individual in this role, your primary responsibility is to develop and implement the program success plan. This involves fostering a culture of structured experimentation, executing essential strategies, collaborating with teams, and focusing on growth metrics for the Program function. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies for the Program function, working closely with Product and Marketing teams to deliver Go-To-Market plans for all business markets in order to achieve company growth objectives. - Collaborate across the company and teams, including working with product and revenue operations leaders. - Possess a deep understanding of product enhancements, procedures, and the ability to create an adaptable environment to support organizational goals. - Create and implement a marketing plan aligned with overall business objectives, balancing strategic brand building activities, lead generation, and quick wins to meet targets. - Utilize data and analytics for decision-making, measure marketing effectiveness, and foster a culture of structured experimentation to drive growth. - Manage the marketing budget to ensure sustainable bottom-line growth. Requirements: - 1-2 years of previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of scaling up from scratch. - Strong background in Growth Hacking, Product Marketing, demand generation, customer acquisition funnel management, and performance marketing. - Proficiency in Campaign Management Tools (e.g., Active Campaign) and Web Analytics Tools (e.g., Google Analytics). - Goal-driven, able to thrive in fast-paced environments. - Strong analytical skills, comfortable with numerical data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Skilled at building relationships, engaging with multiple stakeholders, and excelling in matrix environments.
