Above all, we celebrate what makes each of us unique.Your RoleProgram Manager is accountable for managing the following key functions:
  • Planning and tracking
    • Budget planning - fiscal year / mid-year / qtrly. Headcount, Interns, Consulting, Cloud hosting, Licensing, etc.
    • Business planning - QBRs / MBRs, Engineering reviews, etc.
    • Roadmap / Portfolio planning - driving preparation of Roadmap collateral
  • People Career / Professional Development
    • Preparing report/dashboard for leaders to help them with critical information around managing check-in cycles / promo reviews
    • Identify and create Dashboard views and reports to support tracking of GTM goals and objectives.
    • Preparing dashboards for business for their Learning, Training, Engineering Enablement needs.
  • General & Administration
    • Department / Staff meetings, All hands
    • Organizing Team building activities / events

Detailed And Organized – The Ideal Candidate Would Have Demonstrated

  • strong organizational skills
  • working with detailed information/reporting
  • Proficiency in Tableau for creating interactive data visualizations, reports, and dashboards
  • shown the ability to draw insights from data
  • provide insight into the organization’s capacity and demand
  • identify and manage risk
  • provide fact-based information and analyses to various stakeholders.
Able to Multi-task – The ideal candidate would have demonstrated the ability to multi-task across multiple strategic workstreams, deliverables, and initiatives, spanning financial planning, capacity planning, and project planning/execution.
What You Will Bring
  • 4 -7 years of high-tech software industry experience as Engineering Operations / Project Manager.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort with detailed information, including financial, technical tasks and workstreams, and deliverables/action items.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • BS or BA in Management, Business, Computer Science or equivalent.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
