Job Summary
You will build and grow the business withcustomer love at the centerfor Be Bodywise. Own the proposition, launch pipeline, and retention levers - translating deep consumer insight into product, messaging, and experiences that drive high NPS, strong repeat, and long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Obsession & Insight
- Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of womens wellness behaviours, triggers, and barriers across concerns like hair, body, and nutrition.
- Translate insight into product and communication propositions that create emotional trust and customer love.
- Champion aconsumer-first, empathy-drivenmindset across product, brand, and growth teams.
Customer Experience & NPS
- Design and run initiatives that measurably improveNPS and repeat rates.
- Identify and fix experience breakpoints across the journey - onboarding, first-use, delivery, support, and subscription flows.
- Build rapid-learning loops: triage low NPS feedback, run root-cause analyses, prioritize fixes, and measure impact.
Growth & Product Portfolio
- Optimize acquisition and retention funnels with acustomer-first and science-backed lens.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop impactful creatives and messaging.
- Convert insights into arepeatable, high-hit-rate launch pipelinethat delivers real impact for womens everyday health concerns.
- Define launch pipeline and GTM for new products; own end-to-end execution from pre-launch to PMF scale in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Cross-Functional Delivery & Culture
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, CX, Channel, Brand, Ops, and Supply teams to translate insight into product improvements and operational fixes.
- Build tools, dashboards, and reporting systems that makecustomer health and brand performance visible and actionableacross the organization.
Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Prioritize initiatives using impact on NPS, retention, and ROI - scaling what builds customer love and business growth.
- Stay current on category trends, competitive landscape, and consumer expectations; bring best practices that raise the bar for womens wellness.
Qualifications & Expectations
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in D2C / e-commerce / retail (category or brand building or strategy preferred).
- Deep consumer-first thinking - you turn insight into clear commercial actions and emotionally resonant narratives.
- Strong analytical mindset - comfortable with data, dashboards, and experimentation.
- Bias for action - results-oriented, ownership mindset, and able to operate in ambiguity and move fast.
- Excellent stakeholder communication - you can present clearly, influence decisions, and drive cross-team alignment.
