About the Role

Program Management Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Support the

  onboarding of new clients

  , ensuring they understand the platform and start integrating Grexa into their day-to-day workflows
• Help build and refine

  internal processes

  to better understand client goals and success metrics
• Monitor client usage and

  engagement data

  , identifying opportunities for improvement and support
• Be a point of contact for client queries, helping troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams when needed
• Collect feedback from users and translate it into

  actionable insights

  for the product and marketing teams
• Assist in identifying

  up-sell and feature adoption opportunities

  , helping customers unlock more value from the platform
• Contribute to documentation and support resources to improve the onboarding and learning experience

What We’re Looking For

• Final-year student or recent graduate from any discipline —

  business, marketing, operations, or tech backgrounds preferred

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Curious, proactive, and willing to

  take ownership

  of customer success outcomes
• Good understanding of

  CRM tools, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp API, or marketing automation

  tools (or willingness to learn)
• A people-first mindset and comfort working with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be

  based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai

  and able to

  work from our Vashi office (on-site)
