Program Management Intern

As a Program Team Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in program management, coordination, and execution within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals to support the planning, implementation, and evaluation of various programs and initiatives across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
2. Help in the development and maintenance of project documentation, including program plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
3. Support the coordination of meetings, and other program-related activities, including scheduling, agenda preparation etc.
4. Contribute to cross-functional teamwork and communication, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
5. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Program Team.

External Skills And Expertise

Qualifications:

1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration. Preferred- MBA
2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is mandatory.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
