Role Description We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Marketing & Communications to lead external communications, media outreach, and digital storytelling for Crashfree India. The role involves shaping narratives, managing public communication, building media partnerships, and driving high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role ideal for someone passionate about social impact, public communication, and strategic storytelling. Responsibilities Develop and execute communication strategies for campaigns, events, and initiatives. Manage media relations, draft press releases, pitch stories, and coordinate with journalists. Lead social media content planning, posting schedules, and engagement across platforms. Create high-quality content including blogs, newsletters, speeches, reports, and briefs Collaborate with design and video teams for visual communication and campaign assets. Prepare communication decks, event content, and talking points for leadership. Monitor digital analytics and track performance across channels. Maintain brand voice, narrative consistency, and messaging accuracy. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in communications, PR, journalism, digital marketing, or related fields. Proven experience in media outreach or managing communication campaigns. Familiarity with social media strategy and content management tools. Basic proficiency in Canva/Figma or coordination with creative teams. Understanding of public communication, social campaigns, or advocacy (preferred).
