Program Head

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing cohorts of approximately 20 NGOs, guiding leadership transition, and facilitating capacity building. Additionally, you will recruit and oversee a team comprising trainers, consultants, and mentors. Building partnerships with resource organizations and coordinating internship opportunities will also be a key aspect of your role. Collaboration with the Executive Director on strategy, planning, and program design will be crucial, along with designing and leading a leadership development program for NGO leaders. Key Responsibilities: - Manage cohorts of around 20 NGOs, providing guidance on leadership transition and capacity building. - Recruit, train, and manage a team of trainers, consultants, and mentors. - Establish partnerships with resource organizations and facilitate internship opportunities. - Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategic planning and program design. - Develop and implement a leadership development program for NGO leaders. Qualifications Required: - Masters degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior management or leadership development roles. - Strong understanding of the social sector, organizational development, partnerships, and people management. - Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada. - Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching would be advantageous.
