You will be leading a national quality and certification program known as the Bharat Mark initiative, aimed at showcasing Indian jewellery manufacturers globally. Your role involves overseeing the design, implementation, governance, and global promotion of the initiative. Key Responsibilities include: - Establishing and managing the Bharat Mark Certification Framework. - Leading the formation and coordination of the Bharat Mark Governing Council. - Defining certification criteria, process protocols, and governance model. - Collaborating with stakeholders such as ZED, NABL, BIS, Ministry of MSME, and third-party certifiers. - Developing partnerships with global QA firms and trade bodies. - Acting as the primary contact for certified member companies. - Developing SOPs for application, verification, issuance, and renewal of Bharat Mark. - Supervising the development of the digital certification portal and member database. - Managing onboarding, document verification, and audit schedules. - Coordinating launch campaigns for Bharat Mark through various channels. - Working with PR agencies, trade expos, and events for promotion. - Overseeing branding guidelines, marketing assets, and industry outreach. - Implementing a dispute resolution and feedback mechanism. - Reviewing annual audit findings and suggesting improvements. - Regularly updating program KPIs and impact metrics. This is a full-time role with day shift hours, and a yearly bonus is provided. The work location is in person.,
