Job Description

We are #hiring!Position: Program HeadOrganisation: A leading NGOExperience: 10-15 yrsQualification: Master’s degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, or related fieldCTC: 12 - 15 LPALocation: Bengaluru

-Manage cohorts of ~20 NGOs, guiding leadership transition and capacity building.
-Recruit and manage a team of trainers, consultants, and mentors.
-Build partnerships with resource organizations and coordinate internship opportunities.
-Collaborate with the Executive Director on strategy, planning, and program design.
-Design and lead a leadership development program for NGO leaders.

Job Requirements

Graduate/Master’s degree (Social Sciences preferred).
15+ years of experience, including 5+ years in senior management or leadership development roles.
Strong understanding of the social sector, OD, partnerships, and people management.
Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching is desirable.
Location: Bengaluru (with frequent travel to partner locations)
