Description
a national quality and certification program designed to position Indian jewellery manufacturers on the global stage. We are seeking an experienced and visionary professional to lead the design, implementation, governance, and global promotion of the Bharat Mark initiative. The Program Head will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder coordination (ZED, NABL, BIS, etc.), industry onboarding, and international positioning of Bharat Mark as a hallmark of trust and excellence. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): 1. Program Leadership & Governance Establish and manage the Bharat Mark Certification Framework. Lead formation and coordination of the Bharat Mark Governing Council. Define certification criteria, process protocols, and governance model. 2. Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management Collaborate with ZED, NABL, BIS, Ministry of MSME, and third-party certifiers. Develop partnerships with global QA firms and trade bodies. Act as the single point of contact for certified member companies. 3. Operational Execution Develop SOPs for application, verification, issuance, and renewal of Bharat Mark. Supervise development of the digital certification portal and member database. Manage onboarding, document verification, and audit schedules. 4. Branding & Global Promotion Coordinate launch campaigns (online + offline) for Bharat Mark. Work with PR agencies, trade expos, and SJMA Week events for promotion. Oversee branding usage guidelines, marketing assets, and industry outreach. 5. Monitoring, Feedback & Continuous Improvement Implement a dispute resolution and feedback mechanism. Review annual audit findings and recommend improvements. Regularly update program KPIs and impact metrics. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
