Program Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Program Delivery Manager with a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary product development efforts — integrating electronics hardware, embedded firmware, software, and mechanical components — from concept through to production.

Skill / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on experience in leading the full product lifecycle of engineered solutions (beyond just software)
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical design
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems, electronic design processes, and prototyping
• Excellent people management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with project scheduling, planning, standard compliance, and manufacturing ramp-up
• Bonus: Experience in the metering, IoT, or energy domains

Job Responsibilities

• Drive program planning, execution, risk management, and on-time delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop high-quality electro-mechanical products and associated software systems
• Ensure seamless alignment between engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing functions
• Own and manage delivery timelines, cost targets, and quality standards
