About the role

Program Associate/ Manager

Key Responsibilities

•      Support or lead multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.  

•      Coordinate daily operations and end-to-end execution of projects and tasks 

•      Handle requests from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution 

•      Drive effective communication among teams, partners, and clients 

•      Support budgeting, tracking, reporting, and execution 

•      Maintain dashboards and reports 

•      Participate in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions 

•      Ensure smooth coordination and process flow across multiple ongoing initiatives. 

•      Monitor program performance and help identify risks, issues, and mitigation strategies. 

•      Communicate program status, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders

Work environment and expectations

•      This is a fully remote role. Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a conducive work environment. 

•      Candidates must be willing to work in US business hours (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST).
