The role involves working closely with teachers, students, and school leadership to strengthen project-based learning through Ideathon and Hackathon methodologies. Your individuality is valued and respected within our organization.BenefitsKnow About QuestWebsite : http://www.questalliance.net/Blog : https://thelearnerbyquest.wordpress.comProgram ImplementationConduct regular school visits (15–20 per month) to support teachers implementing project-based learning.Facilitate teacher onboarding, training follow-ups, and handholding support on Ideathon and Hackathon methodologies.Track teacher milestone submissions through visits, calls, and digital communication (WhatsApp, dashboards).Ensure teacher and learner participation targets are met, including milestone and artefact completion.Identify 10 demonstration schools in the block based on engagement and performance.Support champion teachers and headmasters to complete the full Ideathon/Hackathon cycle.Collect and review learner artefacts and document impactful stories from schools.Career Awareness SupportFacilitate activities such as RMI & Market Scan and support Career Tour module implementation.Track participation and report progress from assigned schools.Teacher Capacity BuildingCollaborate with State Resource Groups (SRGs) and Master Trainers to strengthen teacher networks.Document good teaching practices and support peer learning at the block level.Monitoring, Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate and timely records of visits, milestones, and learner progress.Update dashboards and submit monthly progress reports highlighting achievements and challenges.Support data collection and documentation for events and review meetings.Coordination & OperationsParticipate in weekly planning and review meetings with the District Officer.Provide logistical support for training sessions, campaigns, and showcases.Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including surveys and assessments.Learning & Team CultureEngage in team learning sessions, reflections, and training workshops.Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and problem-solving in addressing field-level challenges.Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education, social sciences, or development studies preferred).0–2 years of work or internship experience in education, youth development, or community-based programs.Strong communication skills in Odia and basic English.=Basic computer and digital literacy (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, data entry).Ability and willingness to travel extensively within the block.Passion for working with teachers and children to improve learning outcomes.Hands-on experience in program implementation at the school level.Opportunities to learn project-based learning methodologies.Mentorship from experienced professionals in the education sector.Exposure to district-level education systems and stakeholders.About The Team And CultureEveryday is a Friday! - How we make our workplace funQuest Day - Our Bday celebrated with people we love, and there is food & musicWhat our partners & collaborators say? - see hereAnnual All Staff Meet - From Goa, Kumarakom, Coorg, Bodh Gaya & Puducherry this is where all employees meet to celebrate their learning & relationships.Watch our youtube playlists for more.
