Key Responsibilities

Teaching & Curriculum Development

• Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Technology Management, Innovation Management, Digital Transformation, and related areas
• Develop industry-relevant curriculum that bridges theoretical concepts with practical applications
• Mentor students through capstone projects, internships, and industry collaborations
• Supervise research projects and dissertations focused on technology management
• Utilize innovative teaching methodologies including case studies, simulations, and experiential learning

Industry Engagement & Research

• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with technology companies and startups
• Lead applied research projects addressing contemporary technology management challenges
• Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and industry publications
• Present at national and international conferences on technology management topics
• Facilitate knowledge transfer between industry and academia

Program Leadership

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of technology management programs
• Participate in curriculum committees and academic planning initiatives
• Lead executive education programs and corporate training initiatives
• Organize industry seminars, workshops, and guest lecture series
• Serve on doctoral committees and research supervision panels

Institutional Service

• Participate in university committees related to technology, innovation, and industry partnerships
• Contribute to accreditation processes and quality assurance initiatives
• Engage in student recruitment and alumni relations activities
• Support university's strategic initiatives in technology and innovation

Essential Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Doctorate (Ph.D.)

  in Technology Management, Engineering Management, Innovation Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• OR Master's degree

  with exceptional industry experience (15+ years) in senior technology leadership roles

Professional Experience

• Minimum 10-12 years

  of industry experience in technology management, innovation, or related fields

• Senior leadership experience

  in technology companies, consulting firms, or corporate R&D divisions
