Roles & Responsibilities -

1. Ensure Manufacturing & Delivery of

   Tractor/ Engine & Testing / Transmission / Front Axle / Hydraulics Assembly

   as per plan including New Model / Variants.
2. Monitor the Daily, Weekly, Monthly Production plan vs schedule adherence and, Gap analysis and continuous improvement in Overall Efficiency thru minimizing the losses
3. Model migration by developing fitment wise BOMs, Manifests, SOPs, Control plan and Gemba visits for guidance.
4. Support new product development through early involvement in DFMEA, proto, pilot production and ramp up ensuring achievement of quality and capacity targets.
5. Ensuring the effective deployment & strengthening of systems (TQM, TPM, ISO, OHSAS, AFSEM, IATF etc) within sub-PU
6. Maintain & Improve Environment, Health, and Safety of All Employees.
7. Compliance of statutory requirements in department
8. Maintain harmonious industrial relations in manufacturing operation.
9. Sustaining and Continuous Improvement the operational excellence by strengthening Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost & sustainability initiatives.
10. Make manufacturing processes robust to ensure first time and every time right product quality by analysis of failure modes and taking preventive and corrective actions - Strengthening of processes to ensure no flow of defects.
11. Reduce manufacturing conversion cost through Innovation projects.
12. Sustain and improve TQM culture, Implement TPM initiatives related to JH and other Pillars & achieve TPM objectives as per road map for Advanced Special Award.
