Job Description

Description Primary skill :on incident resolving, technical knowledge on applications, communication skills, Should be willing to work in 24 X 7 rotational shifts Over 5 years of experience in IT, with around 4 years in production support Good knowledge in SQL and debugging skills Sound knowledge in ticketing tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy etc. Ability to follow the runbooks, create or update the run-books from time-to-time Prior experience in batch job monitoring, triaging production issues, handling user requests, monitoring file transfers etc. is must Good analytical and trouble-shooting capabilities A self-starter and can-do attitude, should be able to work with minimal guidance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior production support (not maintenance) experience is mandatory Excellent documentation and communication skills Knowledge of least few services using WSDL, SOAP, RESTful or JSON would be advantage Sound knowledge in at least one of the programming languages Java and one SQL Log Monitoring tool knowledge such as sentinel. Any programming language Excellent knowledge in Microsoft applications like Excel, PPT ,Word etc. Additional skills on the confluence, Script writing, Certification if any. Named Job Posting?
