Job Description – Manager Role As a ServiceNow Service Owner , you will lead the strategy, governance, and service delivery of the ServiceNow platform for our organization. This role demands both visionary thinking and operational excellence to ensure the delivery of high-value business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Service Strategy & Governance Define the roadmap and long-term vision for ServiceNow services. Collaborate with senior leadership to align service objectives with business goals. 🔹 Service Design & Implementation Develop and implement service processes, workflows, and performance metrics. Lead successful production transitions, ensuring robust documentation and user training. 🔹 Operational Excellence Oversee day-to-day ServiceNow operations with strict SLA adherence. Continuously analyze service performance and initiate improvement plans. 🔹 Stakeholder Engagement Act as the bridge between business units, IT teams, and service partners. Ensure consistent stakeholder communication and collaboration. 🔹 Compliance & Risk Management Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Proactively manage risks related to service operations. 🔹 Team Leadership Inspire and guide a high-performing service management team. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
