Will Train Applicant(s):

Associate – Manufacturing

You will assist in:

Daily production data collection and log preparation
Productivity and downtime reporting
Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 documentation
Supporting internal and external audit preparations
Identifying non-conformities and assisting with root cause analysis
Updating control plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) as directed

Qualification and Education Requirements

ITI/NCTVT or Bachelor’s Degree
Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Electrical or other relevant fields

Preferred Skills

Understanding of
manufacturing processes
and
production planning
Hands-on experience in
monitoring production output and downtime
Knowledge of
IATF 16949:2016
documentation & basic
ISO 9001
systems
Familiarity with quality tools like
5 Whys, Fishbone Diagram, and Control Charts
Knowledge of CAD/Coral will be an added advantage
Calculation of
Productivity

Time Study
,
Efficiency of Operators
Basic mathematical and analytical skills
Strong
attention to detail
and compliance mindset
Good verbal and written communication (English/Marathi/Hindi)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and
advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
