Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant located in Pune. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, handling purchase orders, and procuring necessary materials and products. Daily tasks include sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. Effective communication with suppliers and internal teams is essential to ensure smooth procurement operations. This role requires attention to detail and dedication to maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Purchasing Processes, Procurement, and Purchasing skills
• Experience with creating and managing Purchase Orders
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with supply chain management and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
