Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant, located in Bhiwandi. The Purchasing Assistant will handle tasks such as managing purchasing processes, preparing and managing purchase orders and related documentation, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, and assisting with procurement activities. The role also involves maintaining records, ensuring timely deliveries, and enhancing communication between departments to optimize purchasing operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Purchasing Processes, Preparing Purchase Orders, and general Purchasing tasks
• Proficiency in Procurement methods and experience working with vendors or suppliers
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating within teams and managing supplier relationships
• Ability to maintain accurate records, manage deadlines, and stay organized
• Good understanding of inventory management and cost control is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain or logistics are an advantage
