Qualification: MBA / Graduate in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (Procurement certifications like CSCP/CPSM preferred)

What You’ll Do (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Drive production planning by following up with buyers for new orders & updating status in systems.
• Conduct BOM analysis & inventory planning (Min/Max, Re-order levels) with shortage forecasting.
• Arrange for Raw Materials (RM) & Packaging Materials (PM) as per requirements.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) ensuring timely material delivery to plants.
• Coordinate with Production & Line teams to meet buyer timelines.
• Liaise with Warehouse/FG teams for dispatches and deliveries.
• Prepare & manage MIS reports (RM/PM, order status, DPR, inventory & dispatch).
• Lead and mentor a procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
• Stay ahead by adopting industry best practices in procurement and supply chain.
