Business Development Coordinator


Qualifications

  • Any Graduate.
  • Strong analytical and market research skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or personal care industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with planning team and clients for orders and projects.
  • Follow up with clients for approvals, orders, and sample submissions.
  • Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), proposals, and MIS reports.
  • Coordinwith R&D and Factory teams for timely product/sample submissions.
  • Manage agreements, contracts, and expectations with partners.
  • Maintain client relationships with strong communication and support.
  • Oversee client orders, documentation, scheduling, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate production, quality control, and client records.
  • Undertake any additional assignments from management.
