Business Development Coordinator


Location: New Delhi, India

We are a fast-growing startup business consultancy helping Indian entrepreneurs expand beyond India into global markets. Our services include company registration abroad, market-entry strategy, international trade consulting, foreign business setup, immigration support, and corporate compliance.


We are looking for an energetic, ambitious fresher who is eager to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in business development and client relations.


Role Overview

The Business Development Coordinator will support the sales and consulting teams by identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing outreach, and coordinating meetings. This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic, well-spoken, and ready to grow with a startup.


Key Responsibilities


1. Market Research

  • Conduct research on industries, market trends, and competitor landscapes.
  • Identify high-potential sectors for international expansion (e.g., tech, manufacturing, crypto, exports, consulting).
  • Gather data on potential client profiles, business environments, and regulatory considerations.
  • Develop short research briefs, insights, and summaries for internal strategy meetings.


2. B2B Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify potential B2B clients such as SMEs, startups, exporters, founders, and service providers.
  • Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, business directories, industry reports, and online tools.
  • Support outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and cold calls (basic level).
  • Assist in setting up discovery calls and coordinating follow-ups.


3. Client Coordination

  • Maintain CRM tools with updated lead information and touchpoints.
  • Assist in preparing introductory emails, proposals, capability decks, and service overviews.
  • Support senior consultants during meetings, note-taking, and follow-up communication.


4. Administrative & Reporting

  • Track outreach performance (responses, meetings booked, conversions).
  • Prepare weekly BD dashboards and market research summaries.
  • Assist in documentation support for international company formation or licensing processes.



Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills (spoken and written English & Hindi required).
  • High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Basic understanding of business, startups, or consulting (training will be provided).
  • Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong understanding of the India Business Environment


Preferred

  • Experience with LinkedIn campaigns or CRM tools.
  • Interest in global business, company registration, or international markets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing basics is a plus.
