6) Job Description :
Education: DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)Office Time 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines.

 Coordinate with design, quality, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth

workflow.

 Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose

improvements.

 Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

 Prepare and maintain production reports, planning documents, and

performance metrics.

 Support product development activities including first article manufacturing

and testing.

 Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety policies.

 Collaborate with procurement and stores for material availability and inventory

control.

 Assist in aligning production plans with customer orders and project

requirements.

 Contribute to R&D initiatives by providing feedback on process efficiency and

product validation.

Requisite Skills:  Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.

 Proficiency in MS Office and production planning tools/software.

 Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

 Good organizational and analytical skills for scheduling and resource

management.

 Effective communication and coordination skills across departments.

 Knowledge of quality standards and safety practices in manufacturing.

Desired Skills:  Experience in power transmission products or mechanical engineering

Industries.

 Familiarity with ERP systems for production and inventory management.

 Problemsolving skills to address production delays or resource constraints.

 Exposure to R&D and product validation processes.

 Ability to drive process improvements and lean manufacturing practices.

 Strong teamwork and adaptability in a multidisciplinary engineering

environment.
