Job Description: Excellent communication & collaboration skills. Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization. To ensure smooth flow of material & maintain inventory levels to achieve production targets. Prepare monthly / weekly / daily production plans and issues to respective shops. Ensure uniformity and on time availability of materials. Ensure On time delivery of materials to customers in coordination with Production, Marketing and Inspection Teams. Maintain desired inventory levels . Plan work flow and schedules for production departments. Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct daily meetings to keep track of production schedules. Determine equipment & materials required to complete production. Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly. Show more Show less
