Mechatronics R&D Engineering Manager

You will be joining TouchMagix as an R&D Manager - Mechatronics, where you will lead a team of mechanical, electronics, and software engineers to develop innovative interactive systems. Your role will involve guiding the team in building rapid prototypes, transitioning them into production-ready designs, and collaborating closely with Project Managers and Engineers to develop new products and applications within the interactive systems field. - Lead the team in building rapid prototypes and transitioning them into production-ready designs - Utilize expertise in mechanical and electronic design, electronics for motor control, sensor interfacing, and PCB design - Collaborate with Project Managers and Engineers to develop new products and applications - Manage project scheduling and conduct technical analysis for RFQs - Coordinate with the US factory for production implementation - Minimum of 10 years of experience in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation with a B.Tech. degree, preferably with an M.Tech. qualification - Experience in image processing and software development would be advantageous - Strong technical skills in software such as Solid Works, Autocad, and CATIA, and understanding of enclosure design in various materials - Experience in project management, team leadership, and vendor evaluation - Self-motivated, organized individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment,
